We are a fee for service company that operates out of network. Often referred to as a “cash-based service” we function outside of the standard insurance-based model with a flat rate per service without any hidden fees. A super-bill is always provided for physical therapy services to allow each patient to submit the cost/claim to their insurance for potential reimbursement. While we cannot guarantee reimbursement, we provide all documentation and receipts necessary to submit the claim.

We accept all major credit card cards, Venmo, check or cash. We also accept HSA/FSA cards! Service packages are offered to save on costs of service as well.

In the traditional insurance-based model, often times scripts, pre-authorization, and high copays apply. Avoid wasting time and spending additional money on visiting other doctors prior to your PT visit, by seeing an out of network, direct access provider.

We are a concierge style physical therapy and training company. We have treatment space located inside Elite Edge in Malvern, PA, as well as Anytime Fitness in Villanova, PA. Home visits can also be arranged if more convenient. Not located near the Delaware County, Chester County, or Philadelphia Area? No problem, we also offer virtual services!
