The “core” is a region of body defined from your rib cage down to your knees with many tissues, muscles, joints, and other vasculature making up its composition. Hip joint and core muscle related pain can often be diffuse, multifactorial, and difficult to diagnose. This leaves individuals with debilitating function, chronic pain, and unknown answers to their care. Zach spent several years working at Vincera Institute alongside some of the world’s best core muscle and hip joint repair surgeons in Dr. Ajay Lall, Dr. Johannes Roedl, Dr. William Meyers, Dr. Alexander Poor, and Dr. Struan Coleman. Zach possess a special skill set in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients seeking conservative and post-surgical care for hip labral repairs and core muscle injury repairs.
